Routine Alert ("we", "our", "the app") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices, when you use the Routine Alert mobile application.

Data stored on your device

Routine Alert stores your tasks, reminders, schedules, and app preferences (such as theme settings) locally on your device. This data is not transmitted to our servers.

Notification and alarm permissions

The app requests permissions to send notifications, schedule exact alarms, and run in the background so reminders arrive on time. These permissions are used solely to deliver the reminder functionality of the app and are not used to collect personal data.

Advertising data (Google AdMob)

Routine Alert displays advertisements through Google AdMob, a third-party advertising service. To serve ads, AdMob and its partners may automatically collect certain information, including:

• Advertising ID (a resettable device identifier)
• Device information (device model, operating system, language, time zone)
• Approximate location (derived from IP address)
• App usage data related to ad interactions (impressions, clicks)

This data is collected and processed by Google in accordance with the Google Privacy Policy and the Google AdMob Privacy & Terms.

We do not have access to, and do not independently collect, the data gathered by AdMob for advertising purposes.

• Notifications: You can disable notification permissions at any time from your device's app settings, though this will prevent reminders from working.
• Data deletion: Since task data is stored only on your device, uninstalling the app removes this data. You may also clear it via your device's App Info → Storage → Clear Data option.

Routine Alert is not directed at children under 13 (or the relevant age of consent in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, please contact us so we can remove it.

6. Data Retention

Task and reminder data remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the app. We do not retain this data on any server, as none is transmitted to us.

If you are located in the European Economic Area, UK, or California, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data processed on your behalf, and to object to certain processing (such as ad personalization).
